Detail Fishing Reports by Capt. Chad Peterek
02/08 Baffin Report
photo
Overall, Baffin has been a little tougher than normal with high winds and low tides, but we have managed a few good days in the first 2 weeks here.  We have landed a total of 5 trophy trout over 28 inches, caught tons of redfish and a few big flounder.  Hopefully, we will get a break in these high winds soon and get our high tides back as well.  The best baits have been Key Lime Pie and Plum/White Gamblers, Electric Chicken and Rootbeer Red Bass Assassins and New Penny Corky's.  The best fishing has been over mud...where there is grass beds.  Please take note of my open dates for Baffin Fishing...I have had a couple of cancellations recently.  If interested please give me a call after 5PM any day.  Here's a few recent pics...Take care!!!
